The apartment was spacious, ultra clean and smells nice. From the curtains to the carpets to the bed linens, all was sparklingly clean. Not a speck of dust in site or even a distant smell of smoke. The electrical appliances were all working perfectly. (Heaters, air conditioning,washer, dishwasher,iron and ironing board) there's also an indoor clothes line. The LCD TV works fine and there's free wifi😄. The land lady even brought us washing liquid for the washer and detergent for the dishwasher ❤️ There are cups, dishes and cutlery, don't bother to bring your own. The couple who own the place were courteous and polite and hospitable. Simply put we didn't want to leave!

This new district of Cairo has become one of the most sought after places to live in by Egyptians and Expatriates alike. New Cairo is situated 350 meters above sea level , contributing to its all year pleasant weather. The property is a walking distance from Cairo Festival City and Downtown Mall off Road 90. It is also minutes away from Carrefour , IKEA , a list of international schools (MES , AIS , Choueifat , NCBIS , BISC , Lycee Int.
