This is an outstanding hostel. The man running the hostel, I believe his name is Mamdouh, is the kindest host. I am proud to be the first American to visit! The location is right by the ferry so it’s convenient to get around Luxor without the noise and hectic nature of the rest of the city. Very good breakfast and lovely rooftop view of the Nile. Incredible value.

I loved the cleanliness & the staff, both excellent. Mamdouh was so helpful in so many ways. The hostel had only been open 3 weeks & more facilities are planned & more improvements. I loved the closeness to the ferry to the east bank & the ease of transport to the tombs. There were local eating places nearby. I especially liked the Bil Hana Wa Shifa restaurant which served delicious authentic Egyptian food. I ate there many times & there's takeaway too.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry on the West Bank. Luxor itself can quickly be reached by boat in 5 mins while at the same time allowing for easy access to the temples tombs and monuments located a short bus- or taxi ride away. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Some have balconies allowing for lovely views across the Nile towards the Luxor skyline. A nice breakfast is served on the roof terrace which again has stunning views with Luxor Temple in touching distance. Mamdouh runs the place with great efficiency and is always ready to help with any inquiry. I can highly recommend the hotel and I most certainly will return to it on my next visit to Luxor.

Widely recommended, the location is very good, across from the Nile River, the rooms are very spacious and clean, and breakfast is good, Mando the manager gave me the best tips for traveling in Luxor.

I stayed here for one night while visiting Luxor. First, the staff is awesome and helpful. Hassn picked me up from the airport, he helped me arrange a tour of the west side, got me a felucca tour. It was all great advice, improved the trip immensely, and Hassn did it at a competitive price. When my train to Cairo was "sold out", Hassn even went to the train station for me and bought the tickets that were apparently not on sale for tourists. The room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the hot water was hot, and there were plenty of blankets for cool winter nights. I have already recommended this Hostel to two other budget travelers, and I will continue to do so! Very goodHostel and new open

Very good hostel and cheaper, friendly staff and very clean, this hostel is near to the ferry boat, New open , beautiful view to the Nile from the room and more beautiful from the roof, nice garden and places for playing a sporting. High recommendations.
