The staff is so professional and very friendly from the house keeping to the front desk manager and GM. Mena was really nice and professional along with all other staff Moustafa, Beshoy, Tadros and everybody else strives to make you happy. Greek restaurant and Asian were fantastic. I’d definitely visit again when choosing Soma bay stay!
CanadaI have to say that the greatest asset of this hotel is its staff , the staff are super friendly and willing to help and go the extra mile in service Mr Ali the food and beverage Manager was always around making sure everyone was happy I would name each staff with his own name for their kindness with everyone specially me as a mom with kids.
