Everything was exceptional. I was especially pleased by the quality of the wifi service. The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Alaa kept our room spotless. The meal service was abundant and varied. Seemed to have something for all types of appetite. As Italians, our expectations may be harder to satisfy, so I don't feel like we can offer a fair judgment. But we certainly did not starve. THE BEACH, REEF, AND MARINE LIFE was the highlight for us. ***** for that alone we will come back

The place is amazing! I liked the most great beach with coral reefs and buffet with delicious food. Also we did like going out to the Xclusive restaurant, food was tasty and service was also good

The biggest plus is the value which is great considering what the hotel offers, food and drinks are available almost throughout the day, free wifi everywhere, the staff are very nice and hospitable, we reached the hotel early due to the transportation schedule and the hotel let us check in hours early, It was not our first stay there and we certainly intend to revisit in the future.

The staff was amazing, very welcoming, always doing their best to let you feel comfortable and happy. The beach area is well chosen, with a large variety of corals and fishes to explore.

the staff was so friendly and helpful, they always do your request with kindness. The room was spacious and well furnished. The bathroom was clean, hot and cold water supply was really good even in peak hours. The beach was cozy, yet you can do snorkeling steps away from shore. The food was of good quality, specially the ala carte restaurants

Good location Beach is sandy but you need to wear sea shoes Animation team was good specially miss jullie in kids club she so nice Pools and aqua park was good but pools not so clean Food was good with a good variety

Happy anniversary Prima Life, the show (anniversary day) was excellent, the animation team activities were great, the food is amazing and have variety, the desert was great, the beach not the biggest but still great, all stuff friendly and helpful, thanks animation team, thanks chef stuff, thanks receptionist stuff.
