We arrived to the hotel early morning due to my flight schedule and the staff at reception were very friendly and professional. They asked us to take our breakfast and upon our return our room was ready around 10:30 am that was amazing. During our stay we enjoyed every moment and had a great time. Great place and very welcoming staff. Thank you all and definitely we are coming back.

The suite was outstanding the staff were very friendly the food quality was high but the variety weren't good but it wasn't a big deal as you have access to aldau restaurants i like the pool very much its very relaxing we asked the reception for late check out they told us you can use all hotel facilities tell the end of the day and they gave us a room to take shower which was very professional in general the stay exceeded my expectations special thx for mr sobhy at the pool bar and Mahmoud at gourmet restaurant bar and all reception staff

This hotel isn't a typical huge hotel you will find in Hurgada, therefore, not crowded and gives you a feeling of more boutique hotel experience. It looks quite modern and clean, the set up of pools and a bar in the pool as a center of the hotel is quite nice. We had a room with a direct access to the swimming pool that is shared with a few other suits - this was a great idea during a hot summer day, so you can sit by your own pool in the shade of the building. The main restaurant has big windows and a terrace with a panoramic view which is pleasant to dine at equally during the daylight and at night.

The staff in particular made the holiday special, we had a room with its own pool that was exactly what we needed from the holiday - get away from the crowds and relax for a week. The facilities and onsite Pitch & Putt Par 3 course was a daily activity for us as well. There were lots of other activities and events happening both during the day and in the evenings.
