Everything has been excellent! Buffet food fresh and kept well stocked. Rooms big, spotless, and comfortable. Staff is exceptionally friendly, even the ground crew and security. Drinks are well made and queues minimal. Snorkeling from the pier is awesome and easily accessible. Registration staffer Husam was exceptionally helpful as was concierge staff Edem and Alexandra. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!

This hotel exceeded all expectations with its exceptional service, starting from the friendly receptionist named Husam ❤️, to the rest of the staff. Throughout our stay, we felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated, from the moment we arrived until the day we left. As a couple, we were invited to a delightful cocktail party and had the pleasure of dining at the unforgettable Italian restaurant. The food, ambiance, pool, and beach were all incredible. They won my heart from the very beginning.

Second time already during the same month was welcome by guest relation Eman from guest relation team who was looking after us during the stay , special thanks to Ms Zina and Mr. Fouda they were able to Listen to my feedback and went beyond to make my stay unforgettable, already sending my family soon, only other guests attitude was not pleasant but Eman , Zina , Fouda they were able to make my stay unforgettable. This is my second time to stay there. Thanks to Mr. Zaki at the reception, he welcomed us and made a free upgrade to deluxe room with pool and side sea view. Also many thanks to AbdElHamid for the great house keeping. The food was great with a lot of varieties. The overall stay experience was great, and I’m looking forward to repeat it again soon.

Variety of Food. Each night is different serving the dinner. We love the food and the deserts. Room was spacious. And the View was Breathtaking. Our club room has the view to see the pool & the very beautiful red sea, the view was amazing with a nice balcony/terrace to set down calm down, relax and enjoy the view and the excellent weather day & night. The Bar was good with variety optional -Extra Charge All Inclusive- Alcoholic Drinks. We asked for special cakes for birthdays and the team meet our expectations. Chickening in and chickening out was easy. Guest Relations - Especially Eman - all staff were really amazing, very good, professional, and friendly.

During our stay at the hotel, we felt a warm welcome from the moment we arrived until our departure. 1-Mr. Haitham, the reception manager, was exceptionally helpful and ensured a speedy check-in, while Mr. Moamen efficiently handled our check-out and gathered feedback. 2-The variety and quality of food, beverages, and snacks exceeded our expectations. 3-The animation team was energetic and fantastic, organizing engaging morning and evening activities and shows. 4-The superior room with a sea view and complete amenities more than met our expectations.

“The hotel facilities were great, with pools, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The food had good quality and acceptable variety, but the taste was inconsistent. Some items, especially the bakeries and live station, were delicious. However, the hot buffet was not as good. It would be beneficial for the pool to be heated, especially in the early morning. On the positive side, the entertainment activities were excellent. The service and employee behavior were acceptable.”
