It was above expectations, employees weer very joyful starting from Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Raouf the amazing and processional receptionists even before our arrival and during our arrival. They were very caring even in the restaurant, the head of the restaurant Mr. Mohamed Shabaan was super professional and so kind and generous and gave us a special and free seafood complimentary meal. Very calm hotel, fantastic upgraded room. Highly recommended for families and I am sure I will repeat my visit. I send my highest recommendations to the hotel.

Very nice resort and the staff is absolutely lovely, always smiling and willing to help !! Mustafa, the receptionist, has helped us with so many things, excursions, covid test, etc. The food was good and the restaurant staff also very lovely. The room was nice and big, very clean and confortable and the AC wasn't too loud. Very nice stay. I recommend!

We are newly weds and we have came to the hotel for our honeymoon, we were immediately bumped to superior inclusive class with all access to snakes , meals and drinks. Mr.saleh and Mr.sadeq were extremely generous and kind, they arranged a romantic dinner for us by the pool. I could never have enough words for the staff , they are kind, extremely helpful even if you have any inconvenience they do their best to fix it. They love their guests and especially the animation team , they invite you through all the activities and make sure you have fun to the maximum. The hotel is very clean and the meals are delicious. I will definitely come again and again and will advise everyone i Know to come and visit this hotel.
