This wonderful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is just waiting to welcome you to your Spanish retreat. It’s the perfect place to get some well deserved rest and relaxation. There is ample space outside to lounge and sunbathe in, all while maintaining a sense of privacy. The villa’s private pool ensures you’ll never have to bear the summer heat for too long. Then in the evenings there are several places to sit outside to enjoy cool drinks, a good book and some al fresco dining. On the lower terrace there is a BBQ and ample seating for 8 people. Inside, the villa comes equipped with all of the mod cons you’d expect for a self catering holiday. The lounge has several comfortable chairs and sofas for the family to relax in and enjoy the modern widescreen smart television. The dining room has a good size dining table that comfortably seats 8 people. The kitchen also has its own seating area for breakfast and smaller meals. You’ll also find plenty of counter space for meal preparation along with a modern fridge freezer, oven and stove top, microwave, toaster and kettle. There’s also a dedicated office space should you need it for remote working.

Animals As much as we love animals, this place is not created for our lovely little friends & we ask you kindly to respect our pet-free rule. Arrival check-in is between 16.00-18.00. Later arrival will incur the following late fees: 18:00-20:00, EUR 50 / 20:00-22:00, EUR 70 / 22:00 Onwards, EUR 100
The master bedroom suite comes with an en suite and walk-in closet, along with a private balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to form a king size bed. The fourth bedroom has another double bed, but also has en suite and private balcony. On this upper floor there is also a full family bathroom. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor, has the layout of a home office with desk and comfortable chair. It also has a double sofa bed plus an extra shower room, so in total the villa can sleep 8 guests comfortably. There is private parking for three cars. This house has stairs to climb due to its elevated site. Please be aware you will access the property via a number of stairwells. If you would like to go further afield during your stay, the villa is only a 15 minute drive from Torreblanca Beach. The area also hosts a range of local bars and restaurants. Further along the coast you are only a 20 minute drive to the bustling Spanish port town of Fuengirola with its shops, bars and nightlife. Torreblanca train station is less than 5km away and will take you to Fuengirola or to the cultural gem that is Malaga city.
