Our hosts were super passionate about their albergue & their place & stage in life. I loved how they provided art supplies for pilgrims to create their masterpiece commemorating their personal journey along the Camino. it was obvious many pilgrims return year after year to stay and are welcomed back with loving arms.

Hosting couple went above and beyond to make weary and exhausted pilgrims feel at home. The albergue is full of love and beautiful paintings of previous pilgrims. 12 of us from diverse ethnic, cultural, language and age based groups pulled off an awesome Camino homemade family meal. It was a touching, memorably dinner for all of us! Thanks Arturo and San Miguel Albergue!

Absolutely everything The hosts are amazing the place is beautiful the breakfast was outstanding

The beautiful art by pilgrims, the owners were wonderful, if you stay here you will leave smiling.

The atmosphere was amazing. He was so kind and generous. Such great hospitality.

Arturo and his wife were excellent hosteleros. Very helpful and concerned about our comfort. The albergue is full of artwork all done by pilgrims.

What a charming albergue! There’s a library of books to read and painting supplies if you choose. The walls are decorated by paintings done by pilgrims who stayed here in the past. The use of the kitchen allowed us to prepare our own dinner which we ate on the back patio. Our party of two had a private room consisting of two bunk beds. While nothing luxurious, the beds were comfortable enough. The shared bath was just down the hall. Everything was very clean. One of our party sustained shin splints during the day’s walk, and the owner, Arturo, was extremely helpful. He has a background and some certification in caring for sports injuries, so his advice (and an ice pack) was helpful and appreciated. This albergue is for pilgrims only, and I highly recommend a stay here.

A personal touch; you can see in the photos that Arturo loves paintings and he loves it when the guests contribute. Very well kept and well run albergue.

this is a beautiful hostel, so many paintings done by other pilgrims!

It was amazing, the host was amazing. It was comfortable, clean.
