In Genteel Home we are a young and enterprising team, with lots of energy and loving our job. We have a very clear goal: to make the stays of our guests a unique experience that beats all our guests expectations. We are one of the leading companies in the tourist apartments sector in Spain, and with a greater number of properties in our catalog selected after passing a very demanding selection process. Since 2013 we have been managing the best apartments in the most exclusive areas of Seville, Granada, Madrid and Malaga, personally taking care of all the details that will make the experience of our guests a success. We work very hard every day to maintain ourselves in the highest positions of the market, gathering some of the best professionals in the sector, and we want to continue growing in order to reach more customers every day. We distinguish ourselves by providing a high quality service, both in the human aspect, with a 24-hour service to our clients prior to their arrival and during their stay, as well as the comfort and exclusivity offered by all our apartments.
The Genteel Home Catedral Terrace property has 3 different one- and two-bedroom apartments located in the same building on Alemanes Street, a unique place next to the Cathedral of Seville. All apartments have a private terrace.
Alemanes Street is located just in front of the Cathedral of Seville. In addition, just a few steps away we find all the other tourist attractions of the city such as the Alcazar or the Archivo de Indias. It is a beautiful area, full of life and with all the comforts: restaurants, small traditional tapas bars and shops, as well as a good connection with public transport.
