I am are the direct owner of Edificio apartments 5b and 4 . We decided to rent our properties (we have five great properties in great locations) for summer and short term lets in 2013 and have received great Reviews as our philosophy is to treat people as our guests. Outdoor keylock safes are in all of our 5 properties so guests can arrive at any time depending on whether we have guests departing on the same day but normally we can work around the timing of guests so that no one is inconvenienced. Felipe and I are supposed to be retired but we like meeting new people and enjoy hosting our worldwideguests . We have a small team of helpers and can usually rectify any problems which may occur in the shortest possible time as my husband being spanish and local knows all of the local mechanics and specialists We appreciate that when our guests make a reservation it could be their annual holiday or periods of time when they would prefer to enjoy the Andalucian sun in the winter and it is for this reason that we do our very best to ensure that the experience is a good one. The terrace has sun early afternoon to sunset. Our strictly applied house rules are in the property manual.

Our apartment 5b in Edficio Aljamar is deceivingly very spacious. I deliberately planned two bedrooms into one with an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom which also has a tv point. The second bedroom is extremely large too- it can easily sleep 3 people A double safa bed in the private alcove at the back of the large lounge (so the apartment is legally registered to sleep 6+persons. Cot high chairs and side cots are available. The large family bathroom is next to the second bedroom and also has a shower. Fibre optics wifi The position of the south westerley facing large terrace results in the sun arriving early afternoon until sunset - this is an important consideration - on the other side of the green valley in front of the Edificio the properties there have sun in the morning only. . The smart tv has channels from all over the world and fibre optics drive the wifi system - ideal for homeworkers.Just off the lounge is the kitchen area fitted with modern equipment and all furniture is modern. Our handyman ensures the property is well maintained. Our strict policy is guest centred. Many describe it as a "home from home" and return yearly. House rules are strictly applied

Edificio Aljamar is situated towards the beach end of Calle Lucena. This area is one of the last remaining green and peaceful zones close to Burriana beach which is a family beach offering many restaurants (including the famous Ayos on the first line beach at the far end) and shops. Our .apartment has a large s.w facing terrace & the sun adorns this area from about early afternoon to sunset. Our information pack provides a wealth of important notes and houses the wifi access codes and other informatin such as maps, walking routes around Nerja, places to visit within a short travelling time from Nerja such the Nerja Caves, Frigiliana, Malaga and Granada. A local bus stop is just 3 miins walk from Edificio Aljamar and in the height of the seaons such as July and August a bus to centre of town could be recommended although the owners can easily walk to the Balcon de Europa in 15 to 20 mins using the beach walk/and other town walks as decribed on one of our information sheet. A golf course is just half an hour drive away and at Burriana beach there are many watersports activities availabile. The Aqua Parks of Terre del Mar and Almunecar are closeby -truly an ideal winter let
