This beautiful country house, is situated close to Palma, at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, it offers amazing mountain views and a lovely pool. When you enter the house, you find yourself in the beautiful area with a living room with fireplace and access to the courtyard and a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and has large dining area, which also has access to the terrace. The house has two doble bedrooms and two twin bedrooms on the upper floor and one doble bedroom on the basement floor. A sofa bed (for 2 people) can be found in the basement lounge. Four bathrooms; two with on suite. The house is equipped with 3 air conditioning units, in two doble bedrooms and the kitchen/dining area, in the rest of the rooms there are ceiling or portable fans.The house has central heating. The property of 450 m2 is situated on the plot of 1 800 m2. The panoramic views are to the surrounding mountains and to the lawned garden.This unique place offers complete tranquility and relaxation. The finca has several large terraces with beautiful pool with sun loungers. A barbecue is also available. There is private parking for up to 6 cars
