The apartment has a lounge dining room with a double sofa bed and a terrace with a view to the golf courses and Port Aventura, independent totally equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, vitro etc …, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds. It has 1 complete bath. It has centralized air conditioning. The residence has community swimming pool and the apartment has 1 parking place. Around the apartment you have supermarkets, bars, restaurants, discotheque, water park etc..
