Convenient for Guggenheim and airport bus. Staff was wonderful: when my wife got sick late in the evening the night staff were unbelievably kind and helpful.

I cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone was so friendly. The pillows are wonderful. The bed is very comfortable but the mattresses kept sliding apart.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. I felt very welcome and at home. Rooms were very clean. My only question is, why are there 2 toilets in the bathroom?? Location was excellent in terms of proximity to the Guggenheim and great pintxos places, especially as I didn't have enough time in the city. Size of the room was large! Very generous. Would come back again!

The location was great--directly in front of the first stop on the bus from the airport, close to the metro and the Guggenheim. The staff were all every friendly. The room was pretty well laid out for its size, and the bathroom was especially big for Europe.
