Naktsmītnes saimnieki par sagaidīšanu nepieciešamo informāciju sniedza ļoti savlaicīgi. Naktsmītnes saimnieki sagaidīja, personīgi izrādīja apartamentus, pastāstīja par apskates, izklaides vietām, iedeva pilsētas karti.
