Monseñor, completed in January 1992, is a residential community of individual home owners from a variety of European countries. Monseñor has no affiliation with any tour operator.
I am living at Monseñor myself and am available for assistance, questions and help (almost) around the clock.
Playa del Cura offers a beach cove and a quieter location from which to enjoy the amenities of Puerto Rico, which is just 4 km from the resort. With it's relaxed atmosphere and lack of nightclubs, it is perfect for those seeking a quiet holiday.
