The apartment is located next to the beautiful park, in the quiet area, but at the same time well connected to the city center. It takes just 10 minutes by bus to reach the Royal Palace. Also there are supermarkets, pharmacies and playgrounds nearby. The apartment itself even better than on the pictures. It has its soul with a lot of small details, like pictures, collection of dishes, books. It felt like home. It had everything that we might need from all kitchen utensils till toothbrushes. It is very clean and has a lot of light. The host was very kind and left the map with the instruction as well as answered all the questions. This was a perfect stay for our family of 5 and if we need a stay in Madrid again - it will be the choice.

It was perfect!!! Javier is a wonderful host... Even if we arrived late from the airport, he waited for us very patiently and very friendly. He informed us about the buses from the area, grocery stores... everything you wanted to know, you just had to ask him. The apartment is very clean, modern, very well equipped... we didn't miss anything... we felt like we were at home. It is located less than a minute from the 46,41 bus stop that takes you to the center...but you could also take a 15-minute walk to Platza de Spain. The apartment is exactly as on the pictures. Everything was perfect. If we visit Madrid again, without a doubt we will choose Apartment La bombilla. THANK YOU JAVIER!!!!😘

Owner was so kindly and gave a lot of information with thinking for user timely. The room was cleaned / warmed and there were enough amenity. There are 2 bus line that can directly access to city center near the hotel and convenient for us. Security around hotel was good and easy to go walking along the river with my children.

L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e ben servito di supermercati e ristoranti. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa, luminosa e arredata con gusto originale. È ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, in 20 minuti si arriva in centro. I letti sono comodi, la doccia fantastica. Molto bello il balconcino dove è possibile anche mangiare. La cucina provvista di tutto il necessario per cucinare. I proprietari sono veramente gentili e super disponibili, al nostro arrivo Javier ci è venuto in contro per accompagnarci alla casa. Ci hanno fatto trovare in frigo un ottimo vino, birra e latte. Infine ci hanno permesso di fare il check out nel pomeriggio senza alcun pagamento aggiuntivo. Se tornassi a Madrid sicuramente tornerei in questo appartamento. Un grazie speciale per l'accoglienza.
