These apts belong to the nearby Esmeralda hotel. Check in/out is on the hotel reception desk. Had to wait around 15 mins in line to pick up the key though. We lived on the 9th floor with a partial sea view. The apts were huge (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large guestroom, kitchen, small balcony with a washing machine and a huge balcony with two sunbeds).

marvelous view from the 18th floor, nice size balcony, good sized rooms and bathroom was big, shower room (en suite) was quite small. The kitchen was equipped with coffee machine, toaster, pots and pans and plates and cutlery what you would expect. Cooker and Oven worked fine, fridge freezer needed half a day to start working as they were turned off. Juicer would be nice to be added and I think kettle you can ask at reception for. Also no dishwasher (which I overlooked in the description). It had a washing machine and lines to hang. Air conditioning/heating was working perfect. TV channels were mostly Spanish and a few international ones, in E only Sky news in German it had ARD and ZDF. Shops, Supermarkets, Pharmacy, Hairdresser etc. are within five minutes walking distance, 200 m, Sandy Beach is within three minutes walking distance, 100 m away.

Just about 250m. from the sea, offers the best location in Calpe. Incredible views to Peñón d´Ifach Natural Park and the clear waters around it. Modern and new building with all facilities as Air condition, Kitchen set, TV, etc.

One of the best points we get for our frequent guests is the personal touch we put everyday, as our company phrase says: "We are different, we put heart on it"

Just 250 meters from the white sand and easy to reach the main restaurants and shops area in Levante Beach. Well connected by the Marina and also Public transport to main bus and train station.

눉No change of towels - had to wash our own despite asking for fresh towels. Bed very hard. Apartment could do with some personal touches to make homely- pictures on wall, perhaps. Beach items for guest use would be nice. We spent a fortune on seats, beach toys, parasol, etc and left them for other guests as we have done at private rentals, which was welcomed, but I guess they would have been removed.

눉Our towels were never changed. We had to ask the cleaning lady in the lift one day for a change of towels. Neither was the rubbish emptied.

눉A pool bar would of been fab for drinks snacks and lollies etc there were no little shops close on hand for these things
