Location great, apartments too, would Def use again

IrelandUnable to use oven no instructions in English, only could work hob,washing machine also no instruction so could not use , hand washed a few things so we had enough to last the ten days ,did go to the beneter office twice but no one came to the door ,did not phone ,as only on a pay as you go had to phone four times the day we arrived to be able to get the keys .I had emailed at the time of booking the time we would arrive so feel they should have said at the time no one would be there for the keys ,but liked the apartment apart from the two floods we had one at 6 am and another around 12 md the same day .each time they came straight away.transfers was requested also mid not get them either.,
