Apartment was big (living room separated from bedroom), and very clean. Kitchen had everything you might need to cook. 2 min driving from Ibiza center and 2 or 3 supermarkets nearby as well as a lot of restaurants and a beach.

AustraliaThe place was brand new, a little apartment, very clean. There is a bakery shop in front of it and a restaurant just in the same building. Around the corner the supermarket. I was there during off season, so I can´t say much about the location. But the neighbourhood seemed ok, but summer time i know things change a lot.

NetherlandsThe reception of the apartments is close by, the room has a working airco, kitchen and small but clean and nice bathroom. Also from the terrace you have some kind of sea view. Also a good restaurant and supermarket next door. Wherever you want to go, a taxi can bring you at a very good rate!
BelgiumYou ll always find someone at reception. They also gave a number to contact during night time if needed. We were greeted with a welcome drink from the restaurant just below the property. Apartment was good/clean. There is no lift in the apartment. So if you travel with a big luggage, then be ready to carry. The location is near to promenade. You can find very good restaurants. Also near to beach where you can enjoy sunrise. If you hire a scooter then the port is just 5-10 mins ride. After check out, we left our luggage at the reception and came back to collect it. So no worries if your flight is late in the evening.

One of our top picks in Ibiza Town. Less than 650 feet from Platja d’en Bossa Beach, Apartamentos Malacosta features a restaurant and apartments with balconies. It is within walking distance of bars and restaurants, and is less than 0.6 mi from Ibiza Town’s center.
Each simply decorated, air-conditioned apartment has a seating area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, oven and coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is also available as well as a safety deposit box. After check-out, guests can make use of a courtesy room for a quick shower.
Shops can be found in the streets surrounding the apartments. Bora Bora and Space nightclubs are within 1.2 mi of the Malacosta.

We are a mostly a female team, all very sociable and kind . We like to meet new people and recommend the best places on the island to make the stay special. We take care of you until the last minute, since we have a courtesy room for you to use if you have the flight / boat late. We will help you in everything we can!
Property info
If you are looking for an apartment where you can feel as comfortable as at home, our MC Avenida apartments are perfect, they are equipped with one or two bedrooms, living room with a sofa bed, full kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. They also have heating, air conditioning, TV, WIFI, very bright balcony. We also have daily cleaning service so that you only worry about enjoying the island!
Neighborhood info
We are located in a residential area, which makes it perfect for resting since there is no disco near us, but we are close enough to walk in about 15 mins. Just two steps from the apartment you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, ATMs, coffee shops and restaurants. And we are 5 mins walking from Playa d'en Bossa, and 15 mins walk from the center of Ibiza. Also in our area the parking is free and at reception we can indicate you the closests ones.
