Wonderful stay at this new place in Madrid for one night. Rooms and property are fantastic and very comfortable. The location is fantastic and easy to find. Micaela (sorry if I spelled it wrong) from the staff is very welcoming and helpful and made sure we had a good experience. Highly recommended!

The apartment was well located in the old town with easy access to all of the main sights. Our last night coincided with first night of a festival and we were in the middle of it, which was great. The apartment was beautifully renovated and comfortable. The location was great, right in the centre, with a couple of nice breakfast places right at the corner. The staff was also very helpful, nice and polite. I would definitely stay here again in an upcoming visit to Úbeda.

Warm welcome from José and Rosa. Quite difficult to find the street and nearby street parking was based on luck. Apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished and well equipped (minus a kettle). Lovely outlook over the tree lined Plaza and minutes walk from the main shopping street. Great place to walk around the main sites. Lovely tapas bar across from the apartment.

Excellent location in heart of casco historico, minutes from the tourist sights. Building retains original facade but completely rebuilt interior. Lots of modern comforts, under floor heating, super rapid wifi, key operated lift direct to apartment, etc. Light and airy attic apartment, quite spacious, with brand new and clean ambience, decorated in ikea style. Has all standard equipment. Quiet at night, just soothing sound of the wind over the roof tiles. Owners very pleasant and helpful and we were given plenty of information. Also recommended to dine: Hotel Maria del Molino, end of street, has excellent food and very reasonable prices. eg. "Abre boca" and three course menu for two people, plus three drinks, for thirty four euros. Tapas come free with your drinks in Ubeda.

Todo, situación excelente, instalaciones maravillosas, súper limpio, y el trato del personal genial. No podemos estar más contentos, seguro que repetimos. Comodidad máxima, dejamos el coche en un parking público y gratuito justo al lado. Muy recomendable!!!

La ubicación, el apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. Todas las estancias muy acogedoras. No daban ganas de salir. La calefacción perfecta, la cama, la ducha. Una estancia magnífica y la atención del propietario muy buena. Muy recomendable.
