The staff was amazingly helpful and really seemed to be invested in us enjoying our trip. Everything was easy. The proximity to the city was perfect. Close enough to be accessible; far enough to be a bit quieter than the city. We loved out time in Segovia!!

Jesus was very helpful and friendly. He showed us very clearly about the tourist points with a map. He also toured around our room to show us how to use the facilities. Though he could not speak in English, he made use of voice Google translate to communicate with us. The room is clean with kitchen facilities. The outside environment wa quiet.

Our room was located right over the square, so we had a fantastic view. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was helpful. The parking was easy - we pulled up in front of the hotel, and they valet parked for us.
