This traditional 300-years-old townhouse of 4 deluxe apartments was lovingly restored to its former glory. Mixing the original character of the house with the features of the top accommodation in the real heart of the town. The largest apartments in the center - 70 m2 and 90 m2 apartments on each floor. ⚡️ You can easily keep the social distance here. Only 2 + 2 apartments are on the first and second floors, just 4 large apartments in the whole house, each with own separate entrance. Self-check-in! Find your keys in the separate lockbox. Hand sanitizer available in all apartments for free. We have even updated our ever-high cleaning standards. ⚡️ The latest reconstruction in early 2020 brought the double balcony doors into all bedrooms for higher sleeping comfort. Also, there is a new patio with open-air seating amongst flowers and with charging possibilities. Other open-air seatings are on the inner balconies. All the rooms and bathrooms are newly upgraded, decorated, and painted.

Located in the true center of the historic quarter, in the most popular place in the whole town. All is happening here. If locals say go to the town, they mean this corner. And so do the tourists. Everything is on your doorstep, cafes, restaurants, shops, wine bodegas, catamaran to Cadiz and the beach is just a short walk away. The Castillo, a famous town castle, which gave the name to El Puerto de Santa Maria, is just a few steps away. The main square, Plaza Espana with the Main Cathedral is 400m from here. Bullring and Royal Plaza de Toros is 1 km from here.
