Magníficas vistas al mar y a la bahía desde el salón y dormitorios. 3 dormitorios con armarios empotrados y 2 baños. Dormitorio suite con baño interior. Aire acondicionado centralizado. Wifi gratis. Cocina completa. Smart TV en el salón y en el dormitorio principal. Totalmente exterior. 2 Ascensores. Cerradura inteligente con clave SmartLock. TV a la carta gratis Netflix. Zona de restaurantes y tiendas. Perfectamente conectado al centro ciudad por bus y tren.

La zona es la Avenida principal de Cádiz, a escasos metros de la Playa de la Victoria. Es una zona repleta de opciones para el turista. Restaurantes de todo tipo, desde en plena playa, como Bebo los Vientos, pasando por los del paseo marítimo, como La Vendimina y Arte Serrano, hasta los de la avenida, como Lulu y Avenida 28. A muy pocos pasos hay supermercados (MaxiDia, Supersol, Supercerca, etc.) y todo tipo de tiendas y bancos. También destaca por su vida nocturna con numerosos bares y discotecas en el paseo marítimo y la zona de Muñoz Arenilla. Es una zona tremendamente segura.
