Apartamento en Calpe de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, 1 con bañera y otro ducha y capacidad para 5 personas. 80 m² acogedor y totalmente equipado. Ascensor, terraza, plancha, internet wifi gratis,calefacción bomba de calor, aire acondicionado en el salón y dormitorio y televisor. Piscinas, jacuzzi, gimnasio y mini-golf comunitarias. Amueblado con cocina independiente,está equipada con nevera, vitro, microondas, horno, congelador, lavadora, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera y tostadora.
Se encuentra a 200 m de la playa de arena El Arenal , 700 m del supermercado Mercadona , 25 km del parque de atracciones Terra Mítica , 25 km del parque acuático Aqualandia , 75 km del aeropuerto Alicante-Elche y está ubicado en una zona bien comunicada, céntrica y próxima a comercios y restaurantes. No es necesario disponer de vehículo, céntrico, muy cerca de la playa y de todos los servicios, restaurantes, bancos, supermercados, etc. Ideal para relajarse en vacaciones pues dispone de diferentes espacios para ocio que lo hace único. 4ª Planta.
