Better than the pictures!. This quite and peaceful place has all in one: location, comfort and price ! As a couple we enjoyed this cozy and well designed studio in the heart of Madrid. We had access to all the entertainment and turistic places which are 10 minutes away by metro. The Metro Station is only 2 blocks from the apartment. The host was very communicative and flexible. Bed and shower quality is very important for us, and these were outstanding ! Also, we were able to prepare coffee and breakfast in the mornings and have some snacks and wine at night, because of the very well equipped kitchenette you feel like home. As a plus, the supermarket is just a few steps away from the place! If I'd come back to Madrid this place would be our next place again. We fully recommend it!!

We are a team that works for the welfare of the guest, although we will not see each other, we will always be behind an e mail, msn, whats app to help you in what you need to make your stay of 10.

Property info

As we have a privileged location we are within reach of important areas of Madrid, which generate interest among our guests. If you come for medical reasons, we are 15 minutes away by car and 30 minutes by public transport from several hospitals in the city, such as La Paz, Ramon y Cajal, La Cruz Roja (5 minutes on foot), and for business, we are very close to the financial area of Madrid, the Azca area, La Castellana, and for leisure, we are 15 minutes from the city centre and 15 minutes from the Santiago Bernabeu.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood is great, it is between Bravo Murillo Street surrounded by shops, fast food restaurants, shops and lots of commerce... and Orense Street, with cooler restaurants, for a nice dinner, a good walk, there is also El Corte Ingles... In addition, the neighbourhood is very well connected to public transport. It is a short walk from the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Azca area, the financial area of Madrid, La Castellana.
