Charming newly refurbished two bedroom property in the beach side resort of Arenal d'en Castell. The property has a kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, kettle and washing machine. The property benefits from a double bedroom, and a single bedroom with a single bed with additional pull out trundle bed. The apartment is on the first floor and has step access. The private terrace is furnished with table and chairs and overlooks gardens beneath and neighbouring properties, facing towards the sea. Included with the apartment is access shared swimming pools, with sun beds, surrounded by well kept gardens.
Arenal d'en Castell is situated in the north of Menorca, with a horse shoe shaped sheltered sandy bay, shallow clear waters excellent for families. Arenal d'en Castell hosts a number of restaurants and bars amongst the white washed holiday villas. The local estate has a number of useful amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, car hire outlets and children's playgrounds within walking distance of the apartment.
