It is a house isolated from the rest of the neighborhood. It is surrounded by a wall, and has a large garden of about 700m2. The upper part is rented, because in the one below, my family and I live. It is a very quiet area, with several nearby beaches (Palombina, San Martín, Borizo, Troenzo, ...) It is in the Camino de Santiago, and a pedestrian path that connects all the beaches of the coast. It has 3 double rooms, spacious and bright, all with windows to the garden. It has 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a living room with fireplace, where there are 2 sofas, (one is a sofa bed) and a round table with chairs. The terrace is very sunny and oriented to the south, from where you can see the Sierra del Cuera, and its mountains The beach is only 200m away, and is accessed by ramp, without stairs, except to access the accommodation. The upper floor is rented, since on the ground floor my family and I stayed.

It is very quiet. Neighbors of always, with very good convivencia, and respectful with the schedules and the noises. There are several meadows with animals nearby, and also some other orchard.
