The holiday home Aubellons is located between Pollensa and Alcudia, and boasts a beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding landscape. The 220 m2 finca is ideal for families, and consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each, one with a double bed), as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the 4 bedrooms), a washing machine, satellite TV, children's books and a table tennis table. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area consists of a spacious garden with garden furniture and a parasol, a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes, two nice terraces (covered/uncovered) where you can start your day with a warm cup of coffee, and a generous pool ideal to cool off on warm summer days. There is a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes in Alcudia (8 minutes driving, 6.2km), where you will also find the closest beaches, Platja de Muro and Platja d’Alcudia, which can be reached in approximately 9 minutes driving (6.5km). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport can be reached after a 42-minute drive (59km). Parking spots are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The air conditioning works with a timer. A short walk from the property you can find Villa Gabriel, a villa that large groups can additionally book to spend their holidays together while maintaining their privacy.
