イギリスThe hotel is super friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very spacious with amazing showers! The rooftop was great whatever time of the day, mornings were great for a quick dip and evenings for cocktails and food! The room designs were quirky and really fun! Location was ideal, walking distance to everything including, sol, the palace, cathedral and the main LGBTQ+ area Chueca! Close to eating places and shopping and easy to get from the airport! Staff we really friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for you!

イスラエルI have been few times already and never disappointed. Fernando made my experience very comfortable, he was attentive, and offered a fab presentation. As always great customer service at front desk and at the rooftop bar. Location is fabulous, full of nice restaurants in the streets near by. Very close to main museums Prado, Thyssen and Queen Sophia.
イギリスI spent a very pleasant and long vacation with you, for which I am truly grateful. This would not have happened without the helpful staff and the wonderful atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the subway and bus lines, to many attractions, restaurants and bars.
