I absolutely love that Axel are like having a luxurious flat with all the benefits of a hotel. The staff are really as helpful, professional and friendly like the reviews state. My single room apartment had three difficult balconies. One of the balconies had two sunbathe stretchers. I wish I had a sunbed instead (like at the pool). The cocktails was reasonably priced, and XL, with a good amount of alcohol. From Reception, to bar staff, Chef and the cleaners everyone focus on going above and beyond. I cannot wait to return!! I also loved that I was treated like an adult such as not imposing rules on me such as I cannot have a friend visit me. Not even was I allowed guests, my guests received the wonderful Axel welcome. Axel thank you for also hiring LGBTQI staff across your departments. It is so on brand for you!!!
