Long trek to the beach.Not really Beachfront hotel as its on a hill and the walk back would be really be tiring. Lunch and dinner was not Delicious and repeating. Fruits and dessert was not fresh

Not enough imediate parking..only 2 spaces for disabled or any other. Cutlery in main restaurant should be also available on view to clients as staff busy and we had to wait to get some.

“Not baby friendly despite how it may look.”

Check in took longer than expected given we arrived in a small party of people and were holding a baby After check in, there was nobody to help with bags. This left my wife carrying the baby and me with 2 suitcases and 3 bags to carry. I asked if there was anything I could have help with and they pointed at a bag trolley - no offer of help, so I loaded it myself. Went in lift behind the reception- after taking the bag trolley out, the lift closed on my wife and baby - trapping my wife’s hand. Only when I, on the outside pressed the button did the doors reopen. This was obvious pretty scary. Room was on 2nd floor with no lift and so I have to carry all bags, pram upstairs whilst my wife carries baby. This will now be a daily event multiple times where I have to carry at least a pram up and down 3 staircases. Doesn’t feel very child friendly - especially if baby is sleeping in the pram. Room had double plus single bed despite booking for 2 adults and baby Room had just 1 large and small towel between the 3 of us - both issues were fixed after calling reception Room was warm (28c) - turned A/C down to 20 to get room suitable for baby. Restaurant was closed so we could only eat at the snack bar - this would of been fine but the food was all cold (hot dogs, burgers, fries). We reluctantly ate some food but it was far from a pleasurable first meal. I goto reception to speak to someone about our issues and speak with ‘Carly’ who seemed shocked by the issues we’d already faced and would do whatever she could to put it right. Day 2 After a rough night with our baby (she was clammy/sweaty) with the heat. I tried to improve the room temperature, setting the dial to the lowest setting (freezing symbol). Day 3 Another sticky night led to a problematic sleeps for all 3 of us. I later goto reception to ask for the A/C to be looked at our room (6105). We try to take our baby to the Splash Park but it’s not working. Instead we try the Barcy

The main dining room was very noisy. No table cloths. Felt like an enormous transport cafe. Many tiles all over the floor areas are broken. Poorly maintenance. A previously grand hotel now gone down hill and aiming low. Hotel is up a steep hill away from the front.
Entrance lobby impressive with waterfall outside. Bread selection for breakfast nice variety. Room large and big comfortable bed.
