The staff was exceptional, especially Marta. She has excellent customer service, polite and knowledgeable. The amenities were superior and the property was extremely well maintained. View of Sagrada Familia was awesome from the terrace. The value for the all if the amenities was exceptional

United Arab EmiratesThe place was beautiful. Common areas were clean, spacious, well-designed—uplifting and sophisticated. The staff was TOP NOTCH (especially Mr. Jordi. A dream). My room was perfect. Quiet, a comfortable bed, a nice, bright view, with the option of filtered light (with privacy), open views or curtains. The view from the rooftop is spectacular. The location is central and really quite perfect. I would recommend this hotel for certain.
United States of AmericaThe stuff was very helpful. We arrived at 10 am and check in is at 2 pm. They checked us in at 12:30 pm. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable. The only minus to a room is location. The room is on the road side. And that was bad. Streets are noisy all night long, I guess people don't sleep in Barcelona. . Trash pick up is in the middle of the night, twice! So that was super noisy and kept us awake. Rooms that don't face the street would be so much better. Otherwise hotel is great. The roof terrace is beautiful. Location is great. We walked everywhere. Sagrada Familia is 5 min walk from the hotel. Little cafes are all around hotel, as well as little super market. Metro is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Location is safe, we were coming back from different locations walking only, we felt very safe.
