Checked in and out via WhatsApp and ar no time did we see the owners - all communication was through WhatsApp. No kettle or cups for water or coffee. No fridge, just beds.
It was clean and comfortable. Cold but had blankets in the wardrobe. Towels were sufficient.

No staff present at the property and we were left standing outside waiting for a text message to tell us where our room was. Later in the evening - roughly 6am, we were awoken by someone loudly banging on the front door. We then struggled to get back to sleep after that.

We arrived at 11pm, there was no reception and we didn't know how to get it. I found a message for the property sent earlier in that day asking for our expected arrival time but didn't see it as we were traveling and the message did have any info regarding how can we reach our room so I had to try to contact them and after a while they sent me the room number and told me the keys is already inside (they could have just said so from the beginning !!). The first moment we got into the room it was very smelly, smoke smell everywhere and the bed sheets and blanks didn't feel clean at all!! and we could hear the guy next door snoring so we couldn't have a good sleep.

Did not sleep at all. Music kept us awake. Staff visited but did not find the source of the noise. Music stopped at 3.30am and we had to leave for the airport at 4am.

-During our 4-day vacation hot water was absent 2 days( - there was no hair dryer -there was no window in our room

Unfortunately, there are apartments above the room and it was very noisy. Also the room next door we could hear toilets, showers when they were being used. It is up a narrow street to which the front door leads onto so you could hear the cars and people passing. We choose this for the price as we were flying back early in the morning. The taxi ride was about 15 minutes but it was not as close as we thought and a bit pricey.
The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was adequate. The staff member was very good allowing us to put our bags in the room so we could explore and meeting us back at the room at a later time.
