Distributed with a spacious room with a private dressing room, located in one of the best neighborhoods of Madrid, just 150 meters from the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Spacious apartment with a spacious bedroom with a private dressing room, a comfortable and spacious bathroom, an American-style kitchen, which opens onto a very spacious and well-lit living room. It has a terrace with tables and chairs to sit outside. Given the situation with COVID19, we inform you that our floors cleaning services are carried out with the maximum guarantees of disinfection and with the best quality standards in cleaning related to this matter, and we use specialized products for this purpose. Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is one of the best in Madrid, just 150 meters from the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the area has an infinity of very good and sought-after restaurants, a number of varied shops such as supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, etc. Nearest metro is: Santiago Bernabeu and Nuevos Ministerios The community of Madrid activated the new APR (Residents Only Access) area, which is of preferential use for residents.
