Our property has access to 2 fantastic communal pools. We also have a ( in comparison to some of the other properties on the estate ) a large rear garden and patio area. This is ideal for both families and couples who are wanting a relaxing night home while enjoying a BBQ.
We hope that upon booking with us you enjoy the property as much as we do. This has been our own "Place in the sun" since early 2017 after taking the plunge to buy a property. We have enjoyed so many holidays in Benidorm, both as a couple and now as a family. The property is set in a quiet urbanization but only a short distance to both the old town and new town of Benidorm.
The property is set between the beach of cala Finestrat and the old village of Finestrat. Only a 5 minutes drive away you have the commercial shopping centre of la Marina. From here there is also a tram that can take you north to albir,altra and calpe or south to Villajoyosa and Alicante. Also within a short driving distance you have the theme park terra mitica, terra natura zoo and also mundomar which are all fantastic family attractions.
