Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The family room was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable! Great value for a quick trip to the city.

The staff was exceptional and outstanding. Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. Always available to assist with something or to suggest restaurants in the area. Alvero was especially friendly and helpful. He always had a smile and a greeting. He excels at customer service. Mirella (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was also very helpful and friendly and took good care of us. I would stay here again just because of the staff.

The hotel is clean, good neighborhood to eat breakfast or lunch at decent prices. The superior king room size was huge because for us it was the only option available on the site, so we had 2 huge beds and bathroom, even the receptionist admitted it was one of their largest rooms. All receptionists were super friendly and helpful, our room wasn't ready until 2.30 PM and they offered a sitting room downstairs.

We loved the staff. They were helpful, spoke English well and helped us learn some new Spanish. Alvaro and Mineia .. Hope I spelled right we’re amazing! The name scared us at first but it was the best price Gracia! We stayed in a room with my best friend and her daughter. The hotel is close to Familia Sagrada - by taxi $7E and Park Guell was the same. We also got a Barcelona bus tour pass and it was a quick walk up two streets to get to the stop. We used it like a taxi to get all over town cheap. It lasts for 24 hours and they have their own taxi/ bus lane so they move fast. The staff kept our room clean and towels supplied. They had cheap water and snacks to purchase and some goods too. They had a nice tv and lighting and the water pressure of the shower was awesome! Local restaurants were yummy and community was not as touristy so they were so embracing to us all. Shopping nearby and amazing chocolate dipped croissants and cappuccino!

Nice clean hotel room. It was large and had 3 double beds so our family of 6 could easily fit in one room. It was clean and basic. They came and cleaned our room daily Towels are changed every 3 days. Location is pretty good. We took the metro to several locations including the beach and Camp Nou. We easily walked to Sagrada Familia and Parq Guell. I would recommend this hotel. The area is safe and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
