I loved all the little extra that was added. the Polaroid camera that we could borrow, the games for a rest day, just the overall personal touch to the place made me love the stay immediately. overall, truly appreciate what this place did to make my stay feel personal and made me feel welcome from the start. Also the location is amazing!!

It was one of the best experiences i have had. Location is perfect, room is awesome and well lit. Bed is very comfortable and warm. The sustainability features and services provilove are lovely. The room is also quiet and has every thing i coule think of and more. without doubt , it is one of the best accommodation experiences i have had in madrid. Btw, the atari and instamax touchs were brilliant for adding the experiences and for creating memories

good location and surprisingly quiet even if its in a busy neighborhood. i liked the personal touches to make the hotel more comfortable and enjoyable - like the instax camera. utensils and kitchen tools in the room were complete as well. getting in and out lf the property was very easy because the instructions given were clear. i also liked that they have a security guard on the floor who comes in around midnight. the online reception is helpful and responsive too

    Hello, yes, all apartments have a private mini fridge. The fridge in the shards kitchen can be also used by all guests. We have a washateria where there are washing machines and drying racks for all guests to use.
