United KingdomThe hotel is very boho pretty, gardens and the overall area magical! Restaurant is in general great! However, there is a lot to work on to call this a luxury hotel. Staff, service and food is quite uneven in quality to be honest. They would need an experienced luxury resort manager to sort it out if you ask me. (The boutique shop is amazing though, however, I believe this is privately managed.)
