The hotel was incredibly comfortable and clean. We had half board and the food was delicious, plenty of choice every day and cooked beautifully. The staff all work really hard in every aspect of the hotel which ensures a lovely stay for everyone.

The location is great, just at the start of the old town, close to the beach, shops and buses and easy to get to the new town if you want to. Walkable but near buses as well. The room we had was one with streetview with a very large balcony including two sunloungers. Shower is good. Breakfast buffet has everything you could want and the evening buffet is good as well! Staff is pleasant.

The lady on reception (Raquel) was very helpful, the hotel is clean and modern. We did have a couple of minor issues with the room but once reported these were quickly dealt with. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower that had an overhead shower and one on the wall which pleased my wife as she hates having to get her hair wet every night. The bathroom was very clean but there was a problem, see below in the didn't like section. The only meals we ate in the hotel was breakfast where the selection was vast a good choice of continental and hot food. Some of the food quality wasn't that good in the hot selection so after the first morning we tended to choose the continental and egg on toast. The location of the hotel was excellent but this does come at a cost see below. It's close to the beach and the old town.

Booked for short break, stayed just over a week. Actually had checked out ready to go home, when changed plans found be a room straight away and did not have to wait for official checkin time. Hotel great recently refurbished to a high standard.

Perfect location for all that Benidorm has to offer. The shopping streets, Tapas Alley and both Poniente and Levante beaches were within easy short walks. Benidorm Palace was a quick taxi journey away as well. We all stayed over Xmas for four days although living only 40 minutes away, but we were able to enjoy the Palace without the need to drive home afterward. Xmas Day dinner at the hotel was exceptional. The choice of food was simply unbelievable. No one would have been disappointed. The hotel is modern, well appointed and with ample off street parking. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was so lovely from the staff to the facilities were fantastic the location in the old town was ideal with a short taxi ride to the new town (e6 for 4 people). The breakfast was lovely with a good variety of foods to suit all, pancakes waffels cereals fresh fruit with both choices of cooked and cold meat with lovely breads and pastries too. The lunch buffet was also really good value for money and great choice of dishes. A short walk away there is lots of shops and restaurants on the way to the beautiful sandy beach.
