Property info

Spread over two floors, the three bedrooms with two adjoining bathrooms and a guest bathroom offer enough space for up to 6 persons. All rooms are air-conditioned. The interior of the villa is rustic and Mediterranean, using natural materials, especially wood and stone. The understated and detailed decoration completes the overall concept. In November 2016, extensive modernization and reconstruction work was completed. The fantastic location directly on the sea guarantees beautiful sunsets. Enjoy sunny days on the beach, which can be reached by a staircase directly from the villa. The spacious terrace with a fireplace and an infinite view over the sea invites you to barbecue evenings. For vehicles a double garage is available.

The Villa Poniente is Located in the small port town of Villajoyosa. A historic town on the Costa Blanca. It is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and the colorful painted houses on the coast. Stroll through the old town and its markets with specialties from the region and passing of the 125-year-old chocolate factory with an adjoining museum.
