We really enjoyed our week stay at this great hotel. The food at both breakfast and dinner was superb and the waiting staff exemplary. The rooms were very comfortable with great beds and shower. The pools were lovely and the location quiet with excellent bus transport all over the island a few minutes walk from the hotel. The entertainment was subtle but there if you wanted it.
This all-inclusive club is located in the higher part of San Agustín, nestled in a 10 acre park boasting fantastic panoramic views of the Atlantic and the vast Maspalomas sand dunes.

The location was amazing, only 2 min away from the beach. Maria at the reception was very helpful and professional. She helped us to organise our trips and gave good suggestions. We liked the way that we could use the facilities before check in and after check out. The pool was clean and spacious but was cold, not heated. The area around the hotel was quiet and we had a view to the pool area. It was nice.

The apartment was clean, had a kitchen area, comfy twin beds, air conditioning and a small patio. It was quiet with little neighbour noise. The beach was a 5 minute walk and so were the shops and restaurants. I made our breakfast every day and we bought take away meals to microwave. The supermarkets were well stocked with tea, coffee, beer, bread and water. In March we got afternoon sun and saw beautiful sunsets. It was OK for a last minute getaway.

Not a huge number of great independent restaurants (many as part of hotel) & unlike spain generally they don’t open late (hotels restaurants closed at 9)which caught us out 1 night . Nice one at far end of San Agustin past Corallium Beach hotel under los balcones had good food excellent fish, paella langostines etc . Coupe of places to get wide choices of ice cream. Easy to get to supermarkets, 3 within 4 min walk.
Is a shopping centre with touristy / sone clothes type shops. Quiet area or was at Easter. Plenty of room on beach. 27 degrees so very nice weather. Good beach facilities board walk close to waters edge, taps to wash feet etc.
Great promenade walk way all the way to Maspalomas dunes (5km ish)
Buses are excellent & regular. 1 euro 40 to get to Maspalomas lighthouse / dunes. Plays del Ingres etc so lot in east reach. Bus also goes to capital but get the direct one think number 30 not the others as go everywhere!

The beachfront is really nice and access to a 15k beach walk easy. The cliff walk is fabulous. The town is very quiet but I like it for that reason. It has a shopping centre, restaurants, car hire, beauty shops etc etc. Nothing amazing but perfectly fine. No nightlife though, other than a few bars. But everything you need in terms of excitement is only a cheap taxi ride away in Playa del Ingles!

A wonderful beach and surrounding area.
A wonderful beach and surrounding area. The Maspalomas dunes down the road are incredible - it felt as if wecould have been in Dubai!
San Augustin beach had a great family feel and also not too busy with loads of tourists, which was perfect for us.
Super hotel in a lovely location, right on the beach. Clean rooms, maid service daily, and public areas were spotless, very helpful staff. Sea view was spectacular, buffet breakfast plus options from a cooked menu, pancakes etc.
Entertainment ok but there was something every night at dinner which was a set menu, 5 courses, waiter served. All staff are very smiley and helpful and proud of their quiet, elegant hotel.
The location was amazing, only 2 min away from the beach. Maria at the reception was very helpful and professional. She helped us to organise our trips and gave good suggestions. We liked the way that we could use the facilities before check in and after check out. The pool was clean and spacious but was cold, not heated. The apartment was fantastic, very clean and tidy. The people running the apartments were very friendly and worked hard to keep the place immaculate. We would stay here ago for sure.
San Agustin itself is a quite part of Gran Canaria but it costs a couple of euros on the bus to Maspalomas/Playa Del Ingles. There are still bars/shops within walking distance.
I liked the location of the hotel. It's out of the busiest areas, and there's a lot of directions to go for a walk. The balcony view is amazing even in the rare occasion when it's raining.
I think the garden and swimming pool area is well maintained, it always looked spot on.
The staff is polite and delightful.
At breakfast, there's a good variety of foods.
We liked everything. We are usually in 4 or 5 star hotels and dared this one after a recommendation. We weren't disappointed. Also the guests were really well behaved, no pool chair reservations.
Maybe the cocktails could need a little upgrade but the beer and gin tonic etc was great. Food was yummy too! Never knew there are so many ways to cook rice :)
The hotel was just from a 10 minute walk from the beach and you had also the option to go by bus. The hotel is very modern, with comfortable rooms. The food was really delicious and fresh. The stuff was very kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to serve you. Entertainment is part of the services, live music every night. I can recommend it.
Beautiful hotel, it really is as good as the photos. I miss the food already, beautiful salads and fruit and breads every day as well as cooked food. Never got bored. Every staff member was lovely and helpful and did their job as well as they possibly could. Especially Oliwia from mini disco, we'll miss her!
The hotel was amazing from all kinds of aspects. The staff we're friendly, helpful and informative! I really liked having a mini supermarket in the lobby!. The rooms were clean and so comforting! The view of the mountains was exceptional!
If I ever go again to Canaria, Monte Feliz will be my choice again!
Location is perfect. Nice promenade to walk for hours. Right on the beach. But also, hotel have 2 pools ( smaller one heated). I enjoy my sea view room and sound of the waves during the night. Food is great. People smiling and helpfull. Also, across the street shops.....and weather is great.
Easy to get to by car and free on street parking. Very friendly and well managed hotel. We didn't book breakfast but restaurant was open all day and served good coffee. We took the bus to maspolomas and walked back along the coast. A good place to stay for a relaxing break.
Great location in San Agustin
Large balcony with Sunshine most of the day, nice outlook onto park area and sea to the left.
Memory foam beds comfortable
Convenient location for small commercial centre
Plenty of nearby parking
Lovely staff
A very enjoyable stay….small intimate feel to the hotel with personal attention given to all. We loved the whole table service at night and the variety of food presented .The place was very well kept by a very pleasant and diligent staff.
The reception staff were excellent, and so accomodating that it was the only reason that kept me from booking somewhere else on the island. The fotos of the hotel on your site were enticing, but the reality was just the reverse.
Best location in San Agustin. Very calm and relaxing. Only the sound of the waves can be heard at night.
Good food, so happy and friendly staff at the restaurant. Every breakfast and every dinner was a pleasure thanks to this.
Great location in a quiet community in San Agustin. The house was recently renewed. The pictures are what you get. Beautiful.
We had great experience with hosts. Extremely responsive.
Very recommended!
I love the little bar near the swimming pool, nice, cinema outside also. Very good breakfast, very complete. Nice place.
