Amazing 3 bedroom house (2 double bedrooms with double bed and 1 with a triple bed), 2 bathrooms and one toilet, located in the historical center of Torroella de Montgri, 9 minutes by car from the beach of Estartit and ideally located if one wishes to get to know the essence of Costa Brava: some of its most representative towns are only a 10-15 min drive away (Pals, Peratallada, Begur o l'Escala). The house is distributed over 3 floors: on the ground floor there is a hall, a toilet and a separate spacious shower room, a sitting room and a charming double bedroom with a stone wall. On the second floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining area situated on a spectacular glass platform and a large living room with fireplace and television. On the third floor we find 2 bedrooms, one double ensuite with a bathtub, and a triple room with TV, a toilet with a washer and dryer. The spiral staircase leads to the chillout area on the top floor terrace, floored with artificial lawn and offering a picnic area, sun loungers and a shower to cool off. Neighbourhood information

Torroella de Montgrí is a small town, ideal for strolling and enjoying the architectural jewels of different times: from the XI century, through the Gothic period, to the colonial houses of the early XX century. Throughout the year the town offers a variety of concerts and every summer it hosts the prestigious International Music Festival, one of the most important musical events held in summer in Catalonia, offering concerts of sacred music, jazz and autochthonous music. Nearby Torroella de Montgrí, on the coast there is Estartit: a quiet town with long sandy beach that stands out for its natural areas (in March 2019 it was recognized among the 10 most sustainable tourist destinations in the world). Theres is a large free parking on Estartit beach, and the town offers a commercial area at Santa Anna street, long promenade by the sea, marina, more than 10 diving centres, an amusement park and many good restaurants. The towns on Costa Brava that are nearby: Begur, l'Escala and Sant Martí d'Empuries, with ruins from the Roman era.
