Breakfast was good, there was a good choice. Evening meal was good, there was a good choice. In Palma the hotel that was booked with Booking.Com was a disaster. I still have not heard from Booking.Com regarding my refund regarding that hotel. Palma hotel cheated me by providing me an inferior room to the room I PAID FOR. But, at Can Pickafort Palace they provided the room that I paid for. They did not cheat me.

The rooms are large enough and clean. Food is good and diverse. Very nice touch with the evening activities for the kids and shows. There a small kitchen that has a toaster, coffee machine, fridge and an electric stove which was perfect for the occasional warm milk for my kid. You can get beach towels from the reception, it's the little things that make life easier :). Overall we had a great stay and will probably come again.

Location was near the beach and many restaurants. Hotel suites were very spacious with Kitchen and balcony. Pool was large. Breakfast had a lot of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was very clean and the beds comfy. Nice, spacious bathroom. The pools are great, our toddler liked the playground very much. The beach is very close, and so are a lot of nice restaurants.

The hotel complex itself contains all you might need. Always available parking. Room is so spacious and clean (they clean it every day including towel change and bed sheet change). Bed and pillows are amazingly comfortable! Food is so good, specially dinner. We stayed at the hotel 14 days and they've served different food every day which was incredeble! We'd definatelly recommend this hotel. We will stay there again :-)

The room was large and had all of the necessities for making breakfast. It was a relatively short walk to the beach.

The hotel had a a great infrastructure---large outside area and swimming pool---and our room was quite good---comfortable beds, nice living room.

Hugo Portugal

Although a bit outdated, the hotel was inviting and the pool was wonderful. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. The kitchen was a little wornout and missing some tableware but it was great being able to prepare/eat a meal in the bedroom. Breakfast buffet was excellent!! The staff was very nice. We had a problem with the bathtub that was immediately taken care of with no fuss. Supermarket is right down the corner and if you're driving around there's a gas station also at hand :)

Good parking situation and friendly staff. Modern facility (what you see on the pictures is what you get). We got upgraded from studio to apartment for no extra fee. We extended our stay from 4 to 8 nights because we liked it so much here - it was also cheaper to extend at the reception compared to internet price. It's a great spot from where you can explore the area (Cap Formentor, Alcudia old town and port, etc.). The pool is also very big and a nice place to stay. There is not partying in town but the main street still invites you to spent the evening there.

It was great. We took breakfast and dinner included, and I can say that it was super nice as you can find any kind of food you prefer everytime. Special thanks to chef! It was amazing to see various delicious cousins day by day. We had a lot activities in daytime: swimming, cycling, hiking, and some see tours from Alcudia port. So we needed a lot of calories and we got them 🙂. And there was a special day with Mallorca dishes, it was surprisingly nice. I thought I could totally miss local cousin as we had a lot of activities. The room was always clean and we got fresh towels. Staff was always friendly. Even when we had some noisy neighbours, everything was resolved fast and smoothly. We visited hotel gym a couple of times. It had enough equipment and it was mostly empty.
