Company info

A nice place for watching satellite TV or have a siesta. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: toaster, coffee maker, gas stove and oven, cutlery, kitchen utensils, fridge and freezer, etc. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. We're a vacation rental agency. Electricity: (0.25 EUR/KW) (mandatory) Final Cleaning: (72 EUR/Stay) (mandatory)

Property info

Outside the house is very nice. Spend time on the terrace, prepare a barbecue, swim in the swimming pool or just relax in the garden. The porch, with 100 m2 is furnished with a huge wooden table. All of you can get together and also cook outside because right next to the barbecue there is a second kitchen, which has a dishwasher. On the front side of the porch, facing the swimming pool, there is a chill out area with seats and armchairs. The right place for relax seekers. The swimming pool, chlorine water and 4.5x8 metres, is private. Next to the swimming pool there is also a pergola with another dining area. A good place to enjoy the Mediterranean weather. The two-storey house, with 250 m2, has three double bedrooms and is perfect for families or groups of friends. One of the bedrooms are fitted with two single beds each, while the other two bedrooms have double beds. All the bedrooms as well as three bathrooms (2 en suite) are located upstairs while the fourth one is downstairs. Three of the bathrooms are equipped with shower and one with bath. You can feel a warm atmosphere in every room. Sit down and relax in the living room, where you will find two sofas.

Neighborhood info

The house is located in Muro, just on the outskirts of the town. It is a very quiet place and also very convenient because it has many facilities nearby, such as supermarket, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. A 10 minute drive will take you to the nearest beaches: Can Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans. You can enjoy a pleasant sunny day in the sandy beach and have delicious paella for lunch in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of the day and have a cocktail at sunset! The seafront promenade of Can Picafort has a great offer of bars and restaurants and it always has a lively atmosphere. If you go direction Alcudia, you will find Playa de Muro, a quiet beach area with a protected sand dune are of ecological interest and shallow crystalline waters, ideal for children. It’s worth to go to Alcúdia or Pollensa and discover their numerous little coves!
