The hotel was great; the facilities, location and rooms could have not been better, everything you needed and more was there for me. The main thing for me was the staff, each member of staff was genuinely friendly and helpful with everything I needed. I loved this hotel and definitely would recommend to my family and friends. I will definitely try to book this hotel when I’ll be back in Granada.

Location was in the old part of the city, which was romantic but challenging if you came by car - narrow, tourist clogged streets with limited parking. The rooms were nice. Breakfast was basic, but convenient and inexpensive.

The hotel is in the historical center area of Granada, so you can easily can get to Alhambra in about 20-30 minutes. Or take a bus. There are plenty of restautants and cafes around, so no problem to find a table for lunch or dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. I arrived earlier than check-in time, 2 hours before, but already could get my room. Of course, it depends on the situation with rooms.
