The location is perfect, especially if you need peace and relaxation; everything as described and even better. The backyard is 5 m away from the sea. The house is clean, well-equipped. The host is very communicative. As the house is located in a small village you will need a car to get around - including to the close isolated beaches nearby.

Casa Anavicente is named after fisherman Vicente and his wife Ana who always owned the house. Perfect for 4 persons and a baby, this house is located ON the beach of Puntas de Calnegre. There is no better choice for your beach-holiday ! Nicely furnished and fully equipped. 2 bedrooms, living-room, kitchen and bathroom. Both before and behind the house a lovely terrace. From the back terrace you walk upon the beach !! Next to the house a supermarket and some bar-restaurants. In the village of about 100 inhabitants, the baker and the fishmonger come still at your door. More Spanish than a holiday or winter stay in Casa Anavicente is almost impossible. Welcome at Villamazarron.

The southern Costa Calida is a little paradise with mild temperatures. Due to the mountainous hinterland, this area is sheltered from the wind with temperatures very pleasant to mention the whole year. There is a mediterranean subtropical climate with an average annual temperature of 18 ° C, with warm, but mild summers (28-32 ° C) and mild winters; Ideal for “hibernate” to this beautiful stretch of coastline in one of the villas of Villamazarron. The sun shines an average of 320 days a year, so year around one of the best locations in Europe to celebrate your holidays.
