From the relaxing and peaceful courtyard entrance and welcome drink to the spacious and comfortable room, our stay was wonderful. Each staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful and took time to answer our questions and to direct us to special Christmas events. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. Over a long trip and multiple countries visited, this was a standout location. Highly recommended!

It’s a quiet oasis with a courtyard where you are welcomed upon arrival. The rooms are spacious and the service top notch. Fran assisted us with dinner recommendations and booked us with a fantastic flamenco show. Loved the place and would return in a heartbeat

We had a range of rooms from suites to regular rooms and the were all very comfortable. The beds, showers and the air conditioning was all perfect. When you step into the hotel from the street, you truly feel like you have entered an oasis with the fragrance of lilies and a fountain in the central courtyard.
