A lovely place!
A lovely place!
Peaceful and friendly with great beaches - some quiet, some lively - and good range of restaurants/bars etc. Perfect for a family holiday; felt very safe.
We travelled by train from Barcelona. Nearest station is l'Hospitalet de l'infant, a short taxi ride away from Miaki Platja - taxi numbers all displayed at the station. Some of rest of family flew into Reus airport, which was a 25 minute taxi transfer away (booked online before arrival). All very smooth.

Location, facility, close to Mediterranean (and safely above its level), comfy, and everything worked. Our host was a great guy; friendly, responsive, and a great information resource. The apartments are a short walk to the downtown area, grocery and other shopping ... and location, location, location! Photo model is NOT available ... it was her special birthday trip.

We had to arrive very late after 10,30pm called to let them know, they where there waiting for us, warm and friendly so no trouble with booking in or out. Apartment very clean and had everything for self catering.
Super view out to sea. We did visit out of season, Feb, so you could do with paying for heating. The only problems we had where small. I would recommend that they include winter bedding and deal with the toilet smell as this is due to the Apartments not being used out of season and they should also replace all coffee machines, they replaced ours without a problem and very quickly ,but it still did not work well, water only warm! The area being out of season had very little going on, but the sun was warm and we enjoyed walking taking in the sunsets. The storm had caused damage to the stairs going down to the beaches so no access, but ca. half hour walking and you can paddle in the sea, beaches where being cleaned and dog walkers did clean up the poo and not far near the beach is a super Restaurant, so all in all not a bad 5 day stay. In season this would be a very busy place with lots to do with the kids. out of season, better for us oldies who just want to be alone!
The hotel was simple but nice. The owner is friendly and they let me keep my bicycle in the reception area. I had a room on the top floor with a balcony and a really nice view over the town and the mountains Miami Beach is a cute town - they have recently remodeled the main street so it looks nice and fancy, especially at night.
Needed lunch and as there is no restaurant due to Covid we were able to have a baguette made by the bar personnel which was very good.
Very close to the beach where we were able to find a nice restaurant to have dinner.
Very few people staying at the hotel and there was a good choice for breakfast.
The hotel is perfectly located. First line, breathtaking sea view from the room. Also, the beach and the sea inn front of the hotel are very beautiful and clean (compared with another beach at Alicante)
Some guests in the feedback were complaining about cockroaches, but we didn't spot any.
