the house was renovated in 2018, modern, luxury villa available in Portals Nous. Situated within minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, supermarket and the marina. Recently renovated to a very high standard, the villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and an open plan living space over 2 floors. Located in the village of Portals Nous, minutes away from the beaches and marina of Puerto Portals. Air conditioning / heating is installed throughout the property and a private swimming pool.
Great location as easy walking access to Beaches, Porto Portals, restaurant's, bars, supermarket. We have two parking locations inside the property, via electric gate. Also free on street parking. I few minutes away is the Taxi rank and bus stop, easy to get to Palma with out a car.
